Forest bathing is one of the latest new cornerstones of preventative healthcare in the United States. It was started in Japan in the 1980’s and has recently gained popularity in the United States. It’s philosophy is that just by being amongst the trees, in nature, meditating in them, spending time with them, your body and mind will gain great benefits from it.
